However, through the power of our Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (IMLS) we possess the same capabilities as a franchised brokerage to syndicate our listings on the Internet. Alicia’s passion for all things is infectious! She started her career in the real estate industry 19 years ago and began honing her craft in all aspects of the trade to include: title, escrow, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and real estate business development.
Active involvement in the real estate industry keeps her abreast of local trends. Alicia was honored to be recognized as Women's Council 2019 REALTOR of the YEAR and is the immediate Idaho State former president of Women’s Council of Realtors. Additionally, she held a 2 year term as 2014/2015 Vice President of Membership for Women’s Council of REALTORS, Boise-Metro and was named the 2015 Affiliate Member of the Year for Women’s Council of REALTORS, Boise-Metro.
